Keynote Speaker
Ramon Monzon
President and CEO - Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc.Mr. Monzon is the President and CEO of The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (PSE) and the Securities Clearing Corporation of the Philippines and the Chairman of PSE's Capital Markets Development Committee. He is the concurrent President of the PSE Foundation and a Trustee of the Securities Investors Protection Fund, Inc. He served as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of PSE from 2015 to 2017.
Mr. Monzon is also a Director and President and CEO of Philippine Dealing System Holdings Corporation (PDSHC) and Board Director of Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corporation (PDEx), Philippine Depository & Trust Corporation (PDTC), and PCD Nominee Corporation. He is the Chairman of the IT Steering Committee and Member of the Executive, Risk Oversight, Audit, and the Nomination and Remuneration Committees of PDSHC, PDEx and PDTC.
Mr. Monzon actively participates and holds key leadership roles in various stock exchange industry groups. He is part of the ASEAN Exchanges CEOs collaboration that steers several cross-border initiatives to promote investments in the region. He also currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the World Federation of Exchanges Emerging Markets Working Group and Co-Chairman of the United Nations Sustainable Stock Exchanges (UN SSE) Advisory Group on SMEs and Sustainability.
Mr. Monzon holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Chicago Booth School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts degree major in Political Science from the Ateneo de Manila University, and a Bachelor of Science degree major in Accounting from the Manuel L. Quezon University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Xiaodan Chen
APAC ETF & Fixed Income Sales - Susquehanna Singapore Pte LtdXiaodan Chen is a sales professional specializing in ETFs and Fixed Income at Susquehanna Singapore. In her role, Xiaodan focuses on growing the firm’s institutional customer business in Asia-Pacific region by leveraging on Susquehanna’s market-making capabilities to help clients trade ETFs and Bond Portfolios.
Before joining Susquehanna, Xiaodan gained investment and advisory experience at HSBC Global Private Banking where she supported portfolio management and product recommendations for a diverse client base across multiple regions. Xiaodan holds a BA in Accountancy from Singapore Management University and is also the incoming Co-Chair for 100 Women in Finance Singapore Chapter where she will be leading the design and execution of event program for the education committee to further the organisation’s commitment to build a more diverse and gender equitable finance industry.
Ade Cordell
President, Asia-Pacific - CboeAde Cordell is President, Asia-Pacific at Cboe.
Based in Singapore, Ade is responsible for Cboe’s APAC businesses and is the Chair of Cboe Australia and Cboe Japan. He was previously President of Cboe Netherlands where he led the development and launch of Cboe Europe’s Amsterdam based derivatives exchange in September 2021.
Prior to joining Cboe Europe in January 2020, Ade was the Global Head of Equity Derivatives at the Intercontinental Exchange where his role encompassed leading client facing business development and product teams in Europe and North America. He has an international career background having worked in London and New York with Deutsche Bank, as well as stints in London and Hong Kong with Credit Suisse First Boston.
Ade holds a MBA in Electronic Business from City, University of London, and a MSc in International Strategy and Diplomacy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Brandon “Rym” DeCoster
Product Management Team Leader - BloombergBrandon “Rym” DeCoster heads product management of Bloomberg’s FIX, SWIFT, and Exchange Connectivity Platform Infrastructure. With 17 years of FIX Protocol experience, he is responsible for the ongoing modernization and standardization of FIX across all of Bloomberg’s FIX-enabled enterprise products.
Roland de Marsangy
Co-Chair, Singapore / SEA Working Group - FIX Trading Community, andAPAC Head of Sales - Liquidnet
Roland has helped Liquidnet expand its geographical presence since joining in 2012. An initial focus on continental European members quickly expanded to include several strategic London accounts. He has also developed the trading platform expansion in emerging markets, including the launch of the on-shore South African market. In September 2016, Roland relocated to APAC to lead Liquidnet’s business development and market structure efforts in the Asia-Pacific region (currently active in 14 markets) including China.
Roland’s recent focus has been on breaking down the complexities of new market structure for Asia-Pacific based clients, particularly as enhanced workflows like Conditionals grow in the APAC region.
Roland has a depth of industry experience, previously working at Bloomberg in 2005 before working in Seychelles on the equities desk of an Austrian quant-driven hedge fund in 2009. Roland was listed in Brummel Magazine’s “30 Ones to Watch” in 2014, Financial News’ “40 Under 40 Rising Stars in Trading and Technology” in 2015 and is a regular speaker at industry conferences.
Meiyan Ding
Head of Equity Derivatives Products, Global Markets - SGX GroupMs. Meiyan Ding is Head of Equity Derivatives Products, Global Markets at Singapore Exchange (SGX Group). She leads the development and management of SGX’s award-winning equity derivatives business. This includes flagship contracts such as the FTSE China A50, Nikkei 225, FTSE Taiwan, Nifty 50 and MSCI Singapore futures and options. Additionally, she was an active contributor in recent exchange initiatives like the FTSE Taiwan liquidity switch and GIFT Connect.
Prior to joining SGX, she has more than 12 years of experience at Natixis, where she managed risks associated with equity linked structured solutions and products. She has expertise in trading Asian delta one products, listed derivatives and structured equity derivatives, and bespoke corporate derivative solutions across major Asia Pacific markets.
Meiyan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (Finance) with Honours from the National University of Singapore.
Firza Rizqi Putra
Vice President, Head of Business Development 1 - Indonesia Stock ExchangeFirza Rizqi Putra, is head of Business Development 1 at Indonesia Stock Exchange. He is responsible for overseeing fixed income, equity and derivatives development in Indonesia Capital Market. Over the years he has been actively involved in designing, developing and executing strategies in equity, fixed income and derivatives products. Prior to this, Firza led the Incubation Business Division team that executes strategic project in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Mr. Firza earned an MSc Finance degree from Lancaster University, UK.
Ofir Gefen
Head of International Sell-Side Sales – BroadridgeOfir Gefen is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in trading technology within capital markets. As the Head of International Sell-Side Sales at Broadridge, he leads teams across APAC and EMEA, driving business growth with his expertise and strategic vision. Ofir joined Itiviti in 2017 as the Head of APAC and was appointed as the Head of Sales & Revenue EMEA & APAC of Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions in 2021.
Prior to his time at Broadridge, Ofir held various management positions at ITG, eventually serving as the Co-Head of Execution, responsible for electronic and algorithmic trading. He brings a wealth of expertise in managing and growing businesses in diverse geographies, including Europe and the US.
Ofir holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. His blend of technical knowledge and strategic acumen make him a strong partner to Broadridge’s clients in the ever-evolving landscape of capital markets.
Sarah Jane Mahmud
Senior Analyst, South and Southeast Asian Financial Services - Bloomberg IntelligenceBased in Singapore, Sarah covers the Southeast Asian and Indian banking sector for the equity team at Bloomberg Intelligence (BI), with a focus on regulatory and market structure change. Previously, Sarah was a financials analyst with BI in Europe for seven years, focusing on buyside regulatory and market structure issues where she wrote the white paper "The Future of Equity Research" and spearheaded BI's Buyside European Equity Market Trading Study. She has in-depth knowledge of MiFID's global impact and Brexit's repercussions. Prior to joining BI in 2015, Sarah worked as a solicitor in London handling a mix of corporate and commercial projects before joining BMO Financial Group to lead the anti-corruption program across Europe. She is qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales, having studied law at BPP University following her Bachelors degree in history from the University of York.
Wei Chin Kang
Director, Securities Trading, Equities - Securities - SGX GroupWei Chin has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry and currently oversees ETF product management at SGX. In his role, Wei Chin collaborates with industry participants to develop and promote ETFs, educating investors on the benefits and strategies of ETF investing. He also works closely with key stakeholders on product launches and initiatives to improve the overall liquidity of ETFs on the exchange.
Before joining SGX, Wei Chin spent a few years in the financial and capital markets team at Fidelity Bank Ghana. He was actively involved in promoting financial inclusion and debt financing programs for the local government, which helped drive economic development in the country. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from RMIT University.
Vikas Kedia
Managing Director, APAC, Head of Innovations - FlexTradeVikas Kedia is the APAC Managing Director at FlexTrade and the Head of Innovations. Vikas has been with FlexTrade for over 20 years and moved to Singapore to grow APAC business and presence. As the Head of Innovations, Vikas has been instrumental in the development of FlexA, FlexLINK, FlexData just to name a few, enhancing trading technology by exploring unconventional applications and features.
Winnie Khattar
Head of APAC Advocacy, BlackRock Global Markets - BlackRock Asset ManagementWinnie Khattar is APAC Head of Advocacy for BlackRock Global Markets (BGM). BlackRock Global Markets (BGM) is at the core of BlackRock's markets and investments platform, and includes index investing, global equites & fixed income trading, securities lending, liquidity and financing. As head of BGM advocacy, Winnie helps our teams deliver strategic market outcomes by advocating for policy and market structure reform, education and industry engagements; leveraging her capital markets experience and BlackRock's leading investment platform insights. Winnie is also the co-chair for BlackRock’s Women’s network in Hong Kong.
Prior to this, Winnie was Head of Market Structure for ETF & Index Investing (EII), at BlackRock responsible for providing thought-leadership and content on local ETF market structure and developing the ETF industry in the region. Prior to BlackRock, Winnie worked at BofA Securities as Head of Market Structure for Equity Trading business, and Deutsche Bank as Head of Analytics for Equity Trading in Hong Kong, London and Mumbai. Winnie is a passionate positive person, who enjoys outdoors, trail running, gardening and community initiatives both inside and outside work.
Kelly Kong

Kelly runs the Electronic Trading Sales business in South-East Asia for Bank of America, focusing on the cash Equity market. She has more than 17 years of experience in electronic trading. She covers a wide base of clients including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Quant Funds and Private Banks.
Mark Lam
FRM Director, PM Architecture - BlackRockMark Lam, FRM, Director, is the APAC lead for PM Architecture within Index Fixed Income. The Architecture team is responsible for developing and implementing algorithms to automate portfolio construction processes.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Lam was Head of Quantitative Research at YieldX, where he was responsible for building quantitative models and portfolio construction. Previously, he led the asset analytics practice area in the Analytics & Quantitative Solutions team within the Aladdin Business. He began his career at BlackRock in 2011 as an Analyst in the Portfolio Analytics Group, where he was responsible for producing valuation, risk analytics and reporting for banks & financial institution clients.
Mr. Lam earned a BA degree in Business Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2011, where he was a William F. Sharpe Fellow. Mr. Lam is a certified FRM.
Julien Le Noble
CEO of Asia - GTNJulien Le Noble has over 25 years’ experience in financial services and Fintech across the US, Europe and Asia, delivering on growth and turn around strategies in rapidly evolving ecosystems and market environments. Combining his experience of setting up expanding and managing businesses with innovative financial technologies, Julien was appointed CEO of GTN Asia in 2021 to lead the firm’s expansion in the APAC region. GTN is a leading fintech provider of innovative global trading and digital wealth management platform solutions.
Prior to that, Julien co-founded Smartfolios in 2015 which was acquired by Finantix in February 2018 and merged into InvestCloud in February 2021. Julien was also Head of APAC and Senior MD at CME Group in 2011-2014, CEO of Newedge in Japan in 2006-2011, MD of Newedge in Singapore 2002-2006 and launched Boursorama in the UK in 2000 after starting his career with Groupe Societe Generale in Chicago, USA.
Eugene Leong
Deputy Director and Head, Financial Products & Solutions Division, Financial Markets Development Department - Monetary Authority of SingaporeEugene leads the Financial Products & Solutions Division at the MAS, which is responsible for designing and executing strategies to further grow and develop Singapore’s FX, derivatives and capital markets (including equities, fixed income and ETFs). Prior to this, Eugene led the team that ran the Singapore Government’s debt issuance programme covering Singapore Government Securities (SGS), Treasury Bills (T-Bills), and Singapore Savings Bonds (SSB), and was part of the team that was responsible for MAS’ money market and FX operations.
Patrick Leung

He is responsible for overseeing fixed income and FX trading activity in the region. Mr. Leung's service with the firm dates back to 2005, including his years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), which merged with BlackRock in 2009. Mr. Leung earned an M. Eng degree from Cornell University and an MBA from New York University.
Bryan Lim
Director, Artificial Intelligence - Daiwa Capital MarketsBryan is a data scientist in Daiwa’s Electronic Trading AI lab. The team is responsible for building AI/ML models and solutions to enhance Equities Sales Trading across its various stages. Prior to this, Bryan was a data scientist at SGX, where he led the building of data science and analytics solutions for the cash equities and equities derivatives businesses. Before entering the data science space, Bryan held various capital market roles, beginning his career as a derivatives trader at Grasshopper.
Bryan has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Singapore Management University and a master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
Edward Mangles
Regional Director, Asia Pacific - FIX Trading CommunityEdward Mangles has helped support The FIX Trading Community’s Asia Pacific committee for over 20 years, playing a key role in promoting institutional trading standards and FIX adoption across the region, and facilitating cross-industry collaboration. In March 2009, Edward was appointed Asia Pacific Regional Director for the FIX Trading Community, and works closely with the buyside, sellside, regulator, exchange and technology provider members of the institutional trading community to support efficient trading.
Ankit Mittal

Ankit is Vice President, Trading Platform & Product Marketing in Aladdin Business of BlackRock. In his role, Ankit is responsible for driving the growth of Aladdin trading product & platform in APAC region by driving product engagement, user education and feature adoption across the Aladdin community. Prior to joining BlackRock, Ankit was Business Change Manager for Global Trading at Schroders and worked closely with global trading desks to drive change initiatives and product management in the multi-asset trading space. Previously, Ankit has worked with Credit Suisse on the sell side and with BlackRock (in India) as a software engineer within Aladdin Product Group.
Ankit was the immediate past Co-Chair of the Asia Pacific Technical Subcommittee of FIX Trading Community, responsible for providing technical guidance and advisory to the FIX Trading Community members in the APAC region. He is currently the Co-Chair of the Asia Pacific Steering Committee, overseeing the directions and developments of the Asia Pacific Subcommittees and Working Groups of FIX Trading Community.
Ankit holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering and has completed his MBA from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Aaron Pryce
General Manager – Asia - Rapid AdditionAaron is the General Manager - Asia, for Rapid Addition, a provider of high-performance enterprise trading technology to capital markets firms around the globe. Rapid Addition is recognized as an industry leader and pioneer in financial messaging protocols.
Having re-joined Rapid Addition in June 2019 as part of the company’s growth strategy, he has established operations in the Asia-Pac region.
Aaron was an early practitioner and participant in the FIX protocol from 2001 with Salomon Brothers and Citigroup where he delivered client connectivity services to European trading firms. Subsequently he worked with FIX Protocol to extend the design of the protocol to support the exchange trading models of the LSEG and Bolsa Mexicana de Valores.
Other experience spans technology in areas such as commercial banking risk, EDI, unmanned fuel stations, and retail charge cards. In his spare time, he enjoys backcountry hiking, trout fishing, and the occasional craft beer.
Jimmy Redbourn
Head of Electronic Trading, Asia Pacific - Instinet Pacific LimitedJimmy Redbourn is the Head of Electronic Trading for the Asia Pacific region at Instinet, and is based in Singapore. In this role, he is responsible for leading and growing the electronic trading business across Asia, offering Instinet’s advanced technology-driven strategies to its institutional, hedge fund, quant, and broker dealer client base. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, and 13 of those years based in Asia, Jimmy previously served as the Head of Electronic Executions Client Service at CSLA.
He began his career in Equity Derivatives at UBS in London before moving to Equity Sales Trading at Renaissance Capital, with a transfer to Hong Kong to open their Asia base. Jimmy’s switch to Electronic Trading Coverage came with Barclays Capital in early 2015. He holds a BSc Degree in Applied Economics from the University of Plymouth, UK.
Samar Sen
Head of APAC - TalosSamar heads up the Talos business in APAC, delivering institutional-grade digital asset trading systems to customers on the buy-side and sell-side. Over his 20-year career, Sen has worked in a variety of product, strategy, and technology leadership roles at capital markets firms across the industry. Prior to joining Talos, he served as the Global Head of Digital Products for Securities Services at Deutsche Bank, where he co-led the bank’s digital asset strategy and product delivery. In addition, he has held senior Asia-based roles at BNP Paribas, Barclays, and TradeHero after starting his career at Goldman Sachs in New York. Sen holds a degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University and an MBA from INSEAD.
Han Wee Tan
Partner, Wealth & Asset Management Consulting - EY SingaporeHan Wee Tan is Partner, Wealth & Asset Management Consulting, EY Singapore. He has over 20 years of experience in financial services, having worked with clients across ASEAN and the Asia-Pacific.
He is recognised for helping clients link technology to business strategy, gain insights from data and leverage emerging technologies to improve business performance.
Han Wee holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD, as well as a M.Sc. (Financial Engineering) and a First Class B.Eng. (Electrical Engineering) degree, both from the National University of Singapore.
Leo Tay
Managing Director and Head of FX, Rates, and Derivatives Trading - ING Bank NVLeo Tay is Managing Director and Head of FX, Rates, and Derivatives Trading in ING Bank NV, based in Singapore. He manages a diverse and inclusive trading team across Asia, and is also responsible for eTrading and digital asset initiatives. In a broader capacity he is the Lead of Sustainability FM Products, championing the integration of ESG principles into financial market offerings. Leo holds an MSc In Financial Mathematics from the Technische Universitat Kaiserslautern, Germany and BS/BA from the Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines.
Neil Thomas
Chief Commercial Officer - AsiaNextNeil leads product strategy and is responsible for bringing on board partners and members to AsiaNext. With over 25 years’ experience in the industry covering leadership and commercial roles, Neil was previously the Head of Asia Pacific region for the Swiss exchange group SIX – since 2018, working closely with clients covering exchanges, data, securities services and innovation.
Christopher Torrington
Global Head of eFX Trading - Nomura Singapore LimitedChristopher joined Nomura in 2022 as Global Head of eFX Trading, overseeing the trading, quant and technology teams behind Nomura’s electronic business, based in Singapore. He is helping to drive Nomura’s aggressive growth plans for the breadth of its electronic offering.
He has been working in the eFX space since its infancy in 2005, spending time in London and Singapore with industry leaders Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Citi. Prior to joining Nomura his focus had been on building electronic businesses in largely voice traded products like NDFs and restricted currencies.
Christopher holds a MA from the University of Cambridge, where he read mathematics.
Vince Turcotte
Co-Chair, Digital Assets & Technology Committee - FIX Trading Community, andBusiness Development Lead, Asia Pacific - Chainlink Labs
Vince Turcotte is the Business Development Lead for Capital Markets for the Asia Pacific region at Chainlink Labs. He also is global co-Chair of the FIX Digital Assets & Technology committee. Vince has more than two decades of experience at exchanges, broker-dealers and futures commission merchants (FCMs). Operating out of Hong Kong, he is building on the firm’s regional presence, expanding the client base in Hong Kong, Singapore, and South East Asia. Prior to joining Chainlink, Vince worked with trade surveillance firm Eventus, served Director, Asia Pacific, for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), and as Managing Director, Asia Pacific & Japan for Exchange Traded Derivatives for Nomura International.
From 1995 to 2011, Turcotte held senior production and sales management positions at Newedge Group as well as global banks UBS and JPMorgan Chase in London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. He previously held Vice President and Director roles at several brokerage firms after starting his career as a booth clerk and runner on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange trading floor.
Turcotte earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo and an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago, graduating Cum Laude.
Rohan Vartak
Head of ASEAN - ITRS GroupHaving 20+ years of practitioner experience – combination of running mission critical IT Operation teams as project manager for the Trading Operations at National Stock Exchange India as well as having worked on IT solutioning across APAC with extensive experience within the high demands of Capital markets. Rohan brings a strong understanding of the design and supporting of real-time technology as organization move towards an agile event-driven real-time IT infrastructure. Rohan has been exposed to several leading enterprise’s journey to a hybrid cloud space along with designing for ever increasing data volumes and velocity, relevant to the operation and IT management of financial institutions where downtime of services is unacceptable.
Clare Witts
Head of APAC Market Structure - J.P. MorganClare Witts was the immediate past APAC Co-Chair of the FIX Trading Community, having actively supported the organization for many years across different working groups and sub-committees. She is Head of APAC Market Structure at J.P. Morgan, working with clients and across the bank’s equity trading desks. Her role includes assessing the impact of regulatory and policy trends and analysing how that affects the microstructure of the equity markets and improving trading outcomes. Clare has worked in Asia for over 15 years in a variety of roles that help combine big picture trends with actionable trading insights. As well as over 10 years working in electronic trading at investment banks and agency brokers, she has worked in cross-industry functions as the Asia Chair for Quorum 15, the think tank for buy and sellside heads of trading; and as Director of Government and Regulator Relations at CFA Institute representing key topics for the investment management industry to regional policymakers.
Jermyn Wong
Head of Intermediary, South East Asia - State Street Global AdvisorsAs Head of Intermediary, South East Asia, Jermyn is responsible for leading, managing and developing SSGA’s business in region, covering the distribution of SPDR ETFs, index mutual funds, and other SSGA investment solutions.
With a strong background within the Singaporean financial services marketplace, Jermyn has held a number of positions covering distribution, capital markets and product development. Prior to joining State Street Global Advisors, Jermyn held the position of Head of Asia ETF Business Development at Nikko Asset Management Asia Limited Singapore and as a Senior Trader for Genk Capital Pte Ltd also in Singapore.
Jermyn studied at the University of Sydney and graduated with a double degree in Commerce and Law. He also has a Master of Science (Finance) from University College Dublin.
Elaine Zhao, CFA
Vice President, Equities Sales and Trading - Bank of AmericaElaine Zhao is a cash Equities sales trader focusing primarily on Southeast Asia markets. In her role, Elaine provides flow and market colors, liquidity sourcing and execution services to a wide base of institutional clients including Asset Managers, Hedge funds and Private Banks.
Elaine started her career with Bank of America in 2014 as a Finance Analyst based in Singapore where she progressed to be the Lead Financial Officer responsible for financial planning and reporting of APAC Equities business. She relocated to Hong Kong and changed course internally to be a Delta One trader before landing in her current role.
Elaine is a CFA charterholder and she holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Hong Kong and a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
