Chief General Manager - Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)Ms. Richa Agarwal is Chief General Manager, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and currently looking after Policy Vertical in Market Regulation Department, looking after policy formulation related to secondary market operations including that of Commodity Derivative Market at SEBI from April 2025. She has been working with SEBI since 2003.
Over the last 3 years she has worked supervision of Market Infrastructure Institutions viz. Stock Exchange(s), Clearing Corporations and Depositories. She is heading policy vertical which works towards giving policy direction in various facets of Secondary Market including Derivative Trading, changes in the manner of trading etc. She currently serves as member secretary of various SEBI committees including Secondary Market Advisory Committee, Commodity Market Advisory Committee and Risk Management Review Committee. She has also represented India in various regulatory fora’s.
Over a career span of 23 years she has handled variety of work. Previously, for 7 years, she had extensively worked towards giving policy direction in various facets of Debt Market including to Real Estate Investment Trusts, Infrastructure Investment Trusts, Supervision and policy related to Debt market Intermediaries, issues and listing processes for listed companies etc.
She is a Masters in Finance from Department of Financial Studies, University of Delhi and Masters in Business Laws from National Law School, Bangalore.

Aniruddha Chatterjee
CEO - NSE Indices, Data and CogencisAniruddha Chatterjee brings over 25 years of experience in the Data and Analytics industry, having held several leadership roles at leading companies where he successfully led business growth and transformation initiatives. He joined the NSE Group in 2022 and is currently responsible for managing the Index, Data & Analytics, and Platform businesses.
Prior to joining NSE, Aniruddha was with Refinitiv (now part of the London Stock Exchange Group), where he first served as Head of Buy Side and Exchanges, and later as Market Leader – Account Management for Key and Strategic Accounts across South Asia.

Sagar Desai
APAC Head of Wholesale - Coinbase InstitutionalSagar Desai is focused on building Coinbase’s institutional client solutions and leading strategic relationships across Asia, Australia, and the UAE. In this role, Sagar is also the head of APAC for Coinbase's wholesale, which includes banks, asset managers, introducing brokers, exchanges, financial technology firms, and other institutional market participants.
Prior to joining Coinbase three years ago, Sagar was the head of Investment Solutions for InvestaX, a Singapore-licensed platform for securities token offerings, where he led a Monetary Authority of Singapore-awarded Proof-of-Concept product to tokenize private markets investment fund structures like Singapore's Variable Capital Company.
Sagar started his career in institutional asset management at Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for new business development and revenue generation efforts from sovereign wealth funds, pensions, and endowments in Singapore, Brunei, South Asia, Vietnam, and Timor-Leste. He was also one of the 10 global members nominated to the Junior Advisory Board for Goldman Sachs' Investment Management Division.
Sagar earned an BBM in Finance from Singapore Management University in 2013 and the UniFi by CAIA™ Digital Assets Microcredential in 2023, in addition to completing the Wharton Executive Education course on Economics of Blockchain and Digital Assets in 2022.
Pankaj Dhake
Electronic Sales Trader – Morgan StanleyPankaj has ~13 years of experience in the financial industry with varied roles in Hong Kong and India from arbitrage trading, systematic trading, market microstructure and electronic sales trading. Pankaj looks after the Electronic Trading in India for Morgan Stanley. He started his professional work experience with a 3-year stint as a Delta-one trader with UBS Hong Kong where he was involved in statistical arbitrage of HK-China ETFs. He then developed medium frequency systematic trading signals in the US and European equities for ~1.5 years as a senior quantitative researcher with Worldquant, subsidiary of Millenium Partners. Post this he had a ~7 years stint with CLSA as part of the market microstructure team and Electronic trading team. He has a stellar academic record with a Gold medal in academics from IIM-Bangalore.
Joy Francis
Director – Global Markets, Electronic Trading Sales - APAC – UBSJoy Francis is part of the APAC Electronic Product Sales Team, driving efforts for SEA & India, and is based in Singapore.
His work involves providing an understanding on algorithmic capabilities and suitability in line with APAC microstructure, as well as best execution.
Before moving to Singapore, Joy lead the India Electronic Trading Desk for UBS, based out of Mumbai. Prior to joining UBS, he was Head of the Electronic Trading business for ICICI Securities in India.
Joy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and an MBA in Finance from ICFAI.

Munish Gautam

In this role, he leads the continued integration of Broadridge’s product suite and the development of advanced multi‑asset trading capabilities. Anil Ghelani

Previously, he served as the CEO & Chief Investment Officer at DSP BlackRock Pension Fund Managers. Seetharam Gorre

Jay Prakash Gupta

Rashu Jindel

Based in Singapore, Rashu is responsible for expanding the firm’s institutional client base and driving growth across its suite of solutions in the region.
With over a decade of experience in capital markets, Rashu brings deep expertise in credit and fixed income trading. Before joining Talos, he was Executive Director of Credit Sales & Trading at Seaport Global Holdings, where he drove regional credit trading initiatives and institutional client coverage in Asia.
Prior to Seaport, Rashu spent nearly five years with the MUFG Group, progressing from Senior Associate to Director in Fixed Income Trading. His most prominent achievement includes setting up and operationalizing India’s 1st Smart City and International Financial Services Centre (IFSC).
He has been associated with the development of GIFT City since its inception – in 2008.
In his last 16 years, tenure at GIFT City, City made substantial progress in getting recognition as India’s model Smart City, starting India’s first Multi Services SEZ and only approved International Financial Services Centre. He brought in the regulatory and business changes in the GIFT IFSC to bring in Banks (now transacting more than US$ 50 Billion), International Exchanges, inaugurated by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India and Insurance & re-insurance companies for undertaking offshore transactions.
He is the Executive Director and heads the Development and International Relations at IFSCA. He is responsible for the overall development of IFSC in India.
