Srishti has been with the Jefferies ETS team for five years, first in Hong Kong and now in Singapore. She oversees the regional market structure product and is also a full-time electronic sales trader. She began her career with RBC Capital Markets in New York, after graduating from NYU’s Stern School of Business in 2014 with a BSc in Finance & Economics.
Irfan Ahmad is the product lead for State Street Digital in APAC, State Street’s newest division focused on digital assets and technologies, encompassing the setup of a new integrated business and operating model to support clients’ entire digital investment cycle from pre-trade, trade, and post-trade as well as other initiatives designed to enhance the client experience.
Irfan joined State Street in EMEA in December 2014, where he worked in the company’s Business Architecture function. Since then, he has worked in strategy, regulatory product development and sales in London and Hong Kong. He is now based in Singapore and leads efforts relating to digital assets in the region.
Prior to joining State Street, he worked across Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) technology at Barclays Investment Bank, where he was responsible for their ‘Run the Bank’ project portfolio, service management and business continuity management in EMEA. He later joined the Algorithmic Electronic Trading Technology and Trade Processing Engine team, where he oversaw risk and control practices within EMEA.

Sanjay Awasthi is a Director at Eastspring Investments (Singapore) Limited. Sanjay has close to 27 years of experience in the Securities Market and trades multiple asset classes.
Mr. Mohit Batra is the Director of Nuvama (erstwhile known as Edelweiss) Investment Advisors Private Ltd in Singapore. He focusses on securities services, futures clearing and India listed markets access and trading for asset managers in Asia. He is also on the Executive Committee for the India securities services business at Nuvama where he assists the company on policy, regulation and regulatory interface. Prior to joining Nuvama, he worked at the Bombay Stock Exchange in India where he handled multiple roles including Algorithmic trading and DMA, Futures clearing and execution, stock lending, equities trading and the institutional client’s group. Damian Bierman is Managing Director APAC for Blackwired Pte Ltd, responsible for expanding business and relationships across the region. Blackwired is a next-generation cyber intelligence firm trusted by governments, law enforcement, global corporations, and systemic institutions.
Damian is active within the FIX Trading Community, serving as Co-Chair of the Asia-Pacific Education and Marketing Subcommittee. He has been a mainstay of the community and an enthusiastic promoter of FIX since landing in Hong Kong almost 20 years ago.
Prior to Blackwired, Damian was APAC Head of Trading Operations for FactSet, following its acquisition of Portware in 2015. Damian established the Portware EMS business in Asia-Pacific in 2007.
Prior, Damian ran FIX Services in APAC for NYFIX, and was an early employee at Wall Street startup Javelin Technologies, bringing its Appia FIX engine to market from early 2000.
Ms. Serene Cai is Head of Securities Trading at SGX Group. She manages a team covering market structure and policies, and products strategy to drive trading liquidity and product adoption. Her responsibilities include cash equities trading, clearing and settlement, and products.
Prior to her current role, she was Director of International Sales with SGX Group, based in Chicago. She was responsible for sales and marketing of SGX Group’s derivatives products and capital fund raising platforms in the U.S. Before that, she was Vice President of Derivatives, Head of North Asia Equities since 2012 where she was responsible for building volumes and revenues for North Asia financial equity products as well as formulating strategic marketing and product distribution plans for global markets. She started her career with SGX Group in 2005.

Riad Chowdhury joined MarketAxess in September 2020 as the Head of Asia-Pacific. Riad leads the growth strategy for MarketAxess’ expanding Asia Pacific business and is responsible for all business operations for MarketAxess in the region, including the active expansion of the firm’s relationships with regional and global institutional investors and dealers. Riad was previously Managing Director – Head of Global Execution Services for Asia at Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to Standard Chartered, he held senior roles at ANZ Banking Group and Deutsche Bank, coordinating new business development and revenue growth with both Asian and international clients. He is an experienced leader in the development and adoption of e-trading technologies, having spearheaded successful global initiatives across both rates and FX.

Martin David is the UBS Asset Management’s head of trading for the Asian Pacific region, including China. He is responsible for the trading of all asset class for the region and manage traders in Singapore, Taiwan, Tokyo and Shanghai. He is also responsible for portfolio implementation of our active equity portfolio.
Prior to joining UBS, Martin worked in Barclays as Asian Head of Quantitative Equity Trading, BAML as Asian Head of Quantitative Statistical Arbitrage, Deutsche Bank as Japan Head of QP1 and Lehman Brothers as equity quant.
Martin has spent his career in Tokyo, Hong Kong and is currently based in Singapore. He has more than 20 years experiences on the Asian markets.
Julien de Jaillon is a VP, Equity Trader covering APAC/EMEA regions based in the Singapore office. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2021, he was a Multi-Asset Trader at AXA Investment Managers where he was responsible for APAC Execution on Equity, Fixed Income, FX and Derivatives. He was also a Multi-Asset Trader at Asia Research & Capital Management (ARCM), and Equity Dealer at Edmond de Rothschild. He has over 11 years of Trading experience and holds a B.A. (Hons) degree from Regent's University in London.
Roland has helped Liquidnet expand its geographical presence since joining in 2012. An initial focus on continental European members quickly expanded to include several strategic London accounts. He has also developed the trading platform expansion in emerging markets, including the launch of the on-shore South African market. In September 2016, Roland relocated to APAC to lead Liquidnet’s business development and market structure efforts in the Asia-Pacific region (currently active in 14 markets) including China.
Roland’s recent focus has been on breaking down the complexities of new market structure for Asia-Pacific based clients, particularly as enhanced workflows like Conditionals grow in the APAC region.
Roland has a depth of industry experience, previously working at Bloomberg in 2005 before working in Seychelles on the equities desk of an Austrian quant-driven hedge fund in 2009. Peter is the CEO of Mawer Investment Management Singapore and is responsible for APAC trading for Mawer Investment Management. He has worked in the fund management industry for the past eleven years and has been a trader for the last eight years. In 2016 he helped open the Singapore office for Mawer and is currently the responsible officer for the firm in Singapore. He joined Mawer in 2011 as an equity analyst and worked on the award-winning Global Small Cap Fund. Peter studied Engineering at university and worked as a professional engineer building pipelines and facilities before transitioning into asset management. An investor at heart, he has a passion for capital markets and a curiosity to continuously learn about microstructures, technology, and best execution in Asia.
Joy Francis is part of the Electronic Product Distribution Team – Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. His work involves Sales & Account Mgmt, providing an understanding on algorithmic analysis and suitability in line with APAC microstructure, content generation & distribution, as well as best execution.
Before moving to Singapore, Joy lead the India Electronic Trading Desk for UBS, based out of Mumbai. Prior to joining UBS, he was Head of the Electronic Trading business for ICICI Securities in India.

Since joining Reuters UK in 1996, Nigel has worked in various sales roles in London, Tokyo, and Singapore. He has been based in Asia since 2000 and responsible for the FX transactions business since 2006.

Abhishek (more commonly known as AJ) manages Virtu’s APAC POSIT ATS, POSIT Alert block indications network and dark liquidity aggregation strategy. Since the launch of POSIT Alert in Asia 9 years ago, Abhishek has helped deliver block liquidity to subscribers in 12 markets. More recently his focus is to unite liquidity sourced from Institutional clients with conditional orders from electronic/sell-side participants for matching that does not require negotiation.
Jyo is part of Citi’s APAC Electronic Equity Trading desk covering all APAC markets and based in Singapore.
Winnie Khattar is Head of Market Structure for ETF & Index Investing (EII) Markets & Investments in APAC. In her role, Winnie is responsible for providing thought-leadership and content on local ETF market structure and develop the ETF industry in the region, by discussing with regional regulators, exchanges and market participants, advocating industry standards for ETFs and driving sustainable policy reform. Winnie works closely with BlackRock's businesses across Global Public Policy Group, iShares and Index Investments, Fixed Income and Trading Liquidity & Lending to ascertain the full impact of any structural change and guide unified opinion. She also engages with asset management associations and regulators on cross-border trading, marketing and distribution of local ETFs in the region. Winnie is also deeply involved in BlackRock’s local ETF range product quality and secondary trading.
Outside of BlackRock, Winnie was the co-chair for FIX Exchanges and Regulatory Subcommittee for Asia, is now the co-chair of the FIX Asia Pacific ETF Working Group and also co-chairs mentorship for Women in Finance Asia (WiFA). Winnie was awarded Trailblazer Award by Markets Media Women in Finance Asia in 2020.
Prior to BlackRock, Winnie worked at BofA Securities, where she conceptualized and launched BofA's Market Structure offering in Asia and spent 10-years at Deutsche Bank in Mumbai, London and Hong Kong prior to that. Winnie graduated in 2007 with Physics degree from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, India. Winnie is a passionate positive person, who enjoys outdoors, trail running, gardening and community initiatives both inside and outside work.
Pramod is part of Credit Suisse AES team, based in Mumbai. He has been with Credit Suisse for over 15 years covering Electronic trading. He has 23 years of experience in Equity market, including execution and sales trading.
Mr. KC Lam joined SGX in October 2013. He has global responsibility for the FX and Interest rates derivatives business in SGX. He is responsible for rolling out successful and innovative listed FX and Rates products, driving product adoption globally, diversifying SGX’s customer base, and expanding SGX’s platform as an integrated OTC FX and Futures offering.
Mr. Lam joined SGX from CME Group, where he was Executive Director heading the FX / OTC Business Line Management in Asia. Prior to CME Group, Mr. Lam was Head of Sales for EBS Asia (ICAP E-Broking, now known as NEX group), where he led the firm’s new and existing product sales efforts throughout the Asia Pacific.
In SGX, Mr. Lam is Executive Director and the Board Observer for Cobalt DLT and a Board of Directors for FXPA (Founders’ Council Member) since Feb 2014.

Sean now heads Kaiko's crypto market data, risk analytics and indices businesses in Asia. Kaiko is the leading cryptocurrency market data provider for institutional investors and enterprises; Kaiko's mission is to bridge traditional and blockchain ecosystems by providing reliable and actionable financial data and services.
Daniel is currently the Head of Web3 for Banking Circle. He is responsible for the Web3 initiatives in Banking Circle and relationships with the digital asset community. Banking Circle is a fully licenced next generation Payments Bank that is designed to meet the global banking and payments needs of Payments businesses, Banks and Marketplaces.
He left DBS in Dec 2021 after 22 years of service to set up a Digital Asset Custody and Prime Services Business in Europe. Together with Calvin Cheng, the former Nominated Member of Parliament in Singapore, he set up Damoon Technology Holdings AG, Damoon Technology (Europe) AG and Calvin Cheng Web 3.0 Holdings FZE (provisional licence from the DVARA).
He was the Head of Business and Listing for the DBS Digital Exchange and was in the founding team working on this project since 2018. He was also involved in other blockchain related projects within the DBS Group including being part of the team that set-up Climate Impact X.
Prior to the DBS Digital Exchange, he was the Executive Director and Head of Electronic Trading servicing intermediaries (broker-clients), digital exchanges, high frequency traders and market makers in the electronic trading space. He has experience in dealing with various regulators and exchanges across the region. He was also responsible for the ETF business. His previous roles in DBS included Research Compliance and also Project Manager for the implementation of a Trading System and FIX order routing infrastructure. He speaks regularly in conferences / forums / seminars on electronic trading, fintech, cryptocurrencies and FIX order routing. He was also involved in many corporate finance related deals and placements (including internal integration and joint-ventures in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, UK and Korea). Prior to joining DBS Securities in 1999, he worked in equity sales, sales trading and research with WI Carr. Before that, he was doing research and was a Data Analysis Tutor at the University of Cambridge. He has an MBA, an LLM in Commercial Law and a First Class Honours degree in Psychology. Pamela is Head of Sales, APAC at Talos and responsible for driving sales growth and managing sales operations in this region.
Prior to joining Talos, Pamela was Head of Partnerships, APAC at LMAX Group where her focus was to lead business growth with institutional clients in the FX and digital assets space.

Edward Mangles has helped support The FIX Trading Community’s Asia Pacific committee for the past over 20 years, playing a key role in promoting institutional trading standards and FIX adoption across the region, and facilitating cross-industry collaboration. In March 2009, Edward was appointed Asia Pacific Regional Director for the FIX Trading Community, and works closely with the buyside, sellside, regulator, exchange and technology provider members of the institutional trading community to support efficient trading.
Paul Marshall, Director, is the Head of Asia Credit Trading within BlackRock's Global Trading Group based in Singapore. His responsibilities involve partnering with Blackrock investment teams to advise, manage and execute on fixed income products within the APAC Region, as well as managing liquidity provision and relationships with key trading counterparties.
Mr. Marshall joined Blackrock in September 2014 from Barclays in Singapore where he was responsible for Barclays' Asian high yield trading business. Prior to that he spent over 20 years with Barclays in credit trading roles in New York, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Mr. Marshall earned an Executive MBA degree from INSEAD in 2014 and a BA degree, with honours, from Nottingham University in 1988.
Ankit is Vice President, Trading Product Marketing in the Aladdin Business of BlackRock. In his role, Ankit is responsible for driving the growth of Aladdin trading product in APAC region by driving product engagement, user education and feature adoption across the Aladdin community. Prior to joining BlackRock, Ankit was Business Change Manager for Global Trading at Schroders and worked closely with global trading desks to drive change initiatives and product management in the multi-asset trading space. Previously, Ankit has worked with Credit Suisse on the sell side and with BlackRock (in India) as a software engineer within Aladdin Product Group.
Ankit is currently Co-Chair of the Asia Pacific Technical Subcommittee of FIX Trading Community, responsible for providing technical guidance and advisory to the FIX Trading Community members in the APAC region.

Viktor Östebo joined Flow Traders in 2011 and since 2016 he heads up the Institutional Trading department for APAC. He and his team cover external counterparties and institutional investors across the region and provide them with prices, on request, in globally listed ETFs, cash bonds and other financial instruments. Before relocating from Europe to Singapore he was responsible for the coverage of institutional investors across the Nordics, Baltics and CEE.

Nayan Patel is the CEO of Robeco Singapore and also responsible for institutional business development in Southeast Asia. Prior to his relocation to Singapore, he joined Robeco Hong Kong in 2014 from Harvest Global Investments, also based in Hong Kong and one of China's leading Asset Managers.
Nayan was previously responsible for Business Development for all of Harvest's activities in Europe, Middle East, Australia and Japan. Prior to Harvest he worked in the UK with Kames Capital, a subsidiary of AEGON N.V, where he held the role of Business Development Manager for 6 years, covering the largest wholesale clients in London. He has also worked for Fidelity Investments as a Global Relationship Management Analyst.

Jimmy has been working in Asia for over 12 years having spent the last seven at CLSA, heading the Electronic Executions Client Service team since 2020. He recently relocated to Singapore to further strengthen CLSA's dominant position in the ASEAN region.
Jimmy began his career in Equity Derivatives at UBS in London before moving to Equity Sales Trading at Renaissance Capital covering Russian, Eastern European and Sub Saharan markets. He transferred to Hong Kong in 2010 to open Rencaps Asia base. Jimmy's switch to Electronic Trading Coverage came with Barclays Capital in early 2015.

Peter is the Head of Innovation and Market Data for Eastspring Investments, responsible for leading the innovation practice, automation programmes, as well as enterprise market data.
Peter joined Eastspring Investments in April 2022 from Singapore Exchange (SGX).
Peter held various roles across the SGX Group, including Head of Digital Services FICC where he was responsible for driving technology platform development and integration. Peter was previously Group Head of Innovation, driving programmes to advance the enterprise value of technology, leading the cloud practice in a highly regulated environment, and the digital asset programmes. Peter was also the pioneer of SGX’s co-location business.
Prior to SGX, Peter was an IBM campus hire where he joined as a software engineer, working on assignments in Singapore, the United States and Europe.
Peter holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and is active in the startup community as a sponsor and an advisor. Peter also holds a Patent in Digital Asset technology.

Tamara built her career across energy, financial services and fund management, governing trading floors in London, New York and Asia Pacific. Having earned her stripes at Centrica Plc, BP Oil International, Deutsche Bank and Macquarie Bank, she returned home to Singapore in 2012.
On home ground, Tamara served Westpac Banking Corporation and then her country. Whilst supporting GIC’s mandate for the nation, she contributed to digital transformation and sustainability initiatives, building relationships across the financial ecosystem worldwide. This ignited her to structure a portfolio career centred on enabling sustainable organisations to scale, while championing impactful change.
At present, Tamara works at all levels across industries to both better the finance ecosystem and to further enterprises through sustainable business practices. A member of Citi’s D10X team, the internal incubator unit within the Institutional Clients Group, she also holds Board positions with Conjunct Consulting, South East Asia’s first social change consultancy, and the People Centered Internet, a 501(c)3 non-profit organisation. She coaches leaders of organisations and advises start-ups navigating sustainability and scale.
Tamara leverages her experience and degrees in Law and Applied Accounting to boost the organisations and causes she works with. Tamara attained her Executive Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD whilst heavily pregnant with her second child, which she confesses to being “efficient but not necessarily recommended”. She recharges through appreciating food and drink in excellent company, then exercising and dieting in solitude. She is devoted to her two young sons, who have stretched her out of her comfort zone and into efforts to master ball sports and patience.
Raks Sondhi is the Managing Director and Singapore Country Head of Independent Reserve.
He has 21 years of experience in the Capital Markets industry. He started his career at Lehman Brothers and has also held leadership positions at Nomura, Chi-X, and Bloomberg.
Raks has been involved in Electronic Trading for the last 16 years across these firms. He has extensive experience working with banks, brokers, exchanges, and trading firms in the high frequency, market making arena as well as traditional Hedge Funds and Asset Managers.
Raks has had a keen interest in Cryptocurrencies and Blockchain which led him to Independent Reserve.
He is from London, he has lived and worked in New York and Tokyo and has called Singapore home for the last 13 years.
For the past 11 years Hugh has worked at and now runs Equity trading at Janus Henderson Investors, Singapore. This role has oversight over the trading of regional cash equities, futures, OTC derivative and forex. Prior to his time on the buyside, Hugh worked on the sell side with firms such as NewEdge Hong Kong and UBS Securities Japan. As the Head of Trading at Janus Henderson Investors, he is best suited to give his insights on block trading, technology developments, broker relationships and promotion of DE&I matters in Asia.
Ping Tan is a Managing Director at Bank of America (BofA). She heads the Asia EFX trading team based out of Hong Kong, with global oversight of the principal EFX traders managing risks for the electronic franchise. Besides her trading risk mandate, she is also heavily involved in product development to expand the BofA electronic offering as well as overseeing all regulatory and governance-related matters for the global EFX business.
Ping joined the BofA Singapore office in 2004 as an Emerging Markets FX trader, and relocated to the London office in 2006 before moving to EFX to establish the EFX trading team globally in 2007 as well as expanding the BofA EFX product offering from G10 to EM FX Spot and Precious Metals OTC. Ping relocated to Hong Kong office in October 2015 to focus on the Asia NDFs and Onshore FX offering. She is currently based back in the Singapore office as of May 2022. Beyond her day job, Ping is also heavily involved in all firm wide D&I initiatives including empowering women, campus recruitment and most recently chairing the APAC FICC Employee Engagement Committee and sitting on the BofA Philanthropy Committees in both Hong Kong and Singapore.

As Head of ETFs APAC, Denys Teslenko’s focus is on providing global clients access to liquidity in OTC and on-exchange trading for Asian listed ETFs, US listed ETFs, and UCITS.
Prior to moving to Singapore to build out Virtu’s ETF presence in Asia, Denys specialized in US ETF and PT trading as part of Virtu’s US team. He started his career at Knight capital in 2012.
Christopher joined Nomura in 2022 as Global Head of eFX Trading, overseeing the trading, quant and technology teams behind Nomura’s electronic business, based in Singapore. He is helping to drive Nomura’s aggressive growth plans for the breadth of its electronic offering.
He has been working in the eFX space since its infancy in 2005, spending time in London and Singapore with industry leaders Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Citi. Prior to joining Nomura his focus had been on building electronic businesses in largely voice traded products like NDFs and restricted currencies.
Christopher holds a MA from the University of Cambridge, where he read mathematics.
Neeraj oversees the AECG’s Datacenter business for APJ & India. In this role, Neeraj leads a team of Regional Sales Managers, apps engineers and a network of Value Added Distributors/Resellers and ISVs across different countries in the region. The customer engagements span across Networking, Compute and Storage segments with focus on AI, SmartNICs, Video, Fintech, High Performance Computing, and Cloud businesses.
Neeraj is a technology sales executive with background of engaging with large global accounts and managing high performing sales teams and channels as part of his 16 years of varied roles at Xilinx. Prior to AMD-Xilinx he has had selling and technical roles in the Semiconductor, FPGA/ASIC and EDA tools businesses. The customers engaged were in Telecom, Aerospace & Defence, Audio/Video Broadcast, Automotive and Industrial segments.
Neeraj is a graduate in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and has an MBA in Marketing.
Having 18+ total experience – combination of running mission critical IT Operation teams as project manager for the Trading Operations at National Stock Exchange India as well as having worked on IT solutioning across APAC with extensive experience within the high demands of Capital markets. Rohan brings a strong understanding of the design and supporting of real-time technology as organization move towards an agile event-driven real-time IT infrastructure. Rohan has a been exposed to several leading enterprise’s journey to a hybrid cloud space along with designing for ever increasing data volumes and velocity, relevant to the operation and IT management of the financial institutions where downtime of services is unacceptable.
Cynthia Win is the Head of Electronic Sales for Asia Pacific. She joined JP Morgan in 2015 as FICC Electronic Sales in Singapore and has led the team since 2017. Before joining JP Morgan, Cynthia had several years of sales experience within the industry. Previous to her career in Finance, she was an engineer in the Semiconductor industry.
Cynthia has received her bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National University of Singapore, and a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Melbourne, Australia.
She was born in Myanmar and migrated to Singapore with her family when she was 9 years old. Cynthia delivered a TED speech “Not good with names: Local name customs in a global village” in 2014 and is married with one child.
TK Yap is Group Chief Transformation Officer at CGS-CIMB Securities. He is currently rebuilding its foundations in the areas of Core Architecture, Core Platforms and Operational Efficiency; focusing on efficient technology to achieve effective scalability and maximize customer engagement.
The Transformation Solutions Group that he oversees comprises Platforms, Technology, Operations, Processes and the Transformation Management Office.
To help drive the business transformation of the Group, his 35 years spent in frontline roles are fueling his ideas to transform the backend support functions to become more customer centric and focused on the customer journey.
These past roles have spanned local and global firms, buy and sell sides, distribution and origination, as well as research and sales functions. More than half of his career has been focused on the low touch and trading solutions space.
TK is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an IBF Fellow.
