Murat Atamer joined Credit Suisse Hong Kong in 2007. He currently heads the Electronic Execution product, AES, for Asia Pacific. Previously, Murat headed the Quantitative Trading Strategy Team for Credit Suisse in Hong Kong, covering Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Murat was pursuing a PhD in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, focusing on market microstructure. Murat holds an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business and a BS in Managerial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
Magnus Böcker

Mr. Magnus Böcker, 49, joined SGX as Chief Executive Officer on 1 December 2009. He also serves as non-independent director on the SGX board and the Chairman of Singapore Commodity Exchange (SICOM).
Mr. Böcker has 24 years of leadership experience in the Exchange Industry, including the creation of OMX (the Nordic Exchanges Company), and subsequently playing a key role in the merger of OMX and Nasdaq in 2008. As the President of NASDAQ OMX during 2008 and 2009, Mr. Böcker was responsible for a number of NASDAQ OMX business areas: Corporate Client Group, Corporate Services, Market Technology, Software Development, Global IT Services, and Carpenter Moore.
During his tenure with OMX, Mr. Böcker served in various capacities, including CFO, COO and President of the OMX Technology division, before he became CEO of OMX AB in 2003. Under his leadership, OMX became the world’s largest provider of technology solutions for exchanges, clearing organisations and securities depositories.
Mr. Böcker was a Member of the Board of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE). He serves as Chairman of the Board of Dustin Group, and in 2000-2006 he was Chairman of Orc Software.
Bob Caisley

Mr. Caisley is responsible for managing the Technology group which comprises the functions of IT planning and governance, enterprise architecture, business analysis, programme management, testing, solutions delivery and services management. The primary purpose of the team is to provide a robust and reliable technology infrastructure that reinforces SGX’s strategic business and growth plans.
He provides leadership and oversees the development and delivery of proven IT services and new technologies, such as the roll-out of the new Order Management System (OMS) and SGX’s new trading engine in 2008, to serve the needs of the industry well into the future. He also assists the Chief Operations Officer in ensuring a robust and reliable technology infrastructure that reinforces SGX’s strategic business and growth plans. With more than 25 years of experience in IT project management and operations, Mr Caisley also provides strategic guidance in technology direction and business development at SGX.

Prior to joining Prudential in Singapore Richard was Head of Asian Equity Dealing at ADIA for just over 4 years and before that he worked for Scottish Widows Investment Partnership in Edinburgh. He currently heads up a team of 7 looking at multi-asset investments mainly in Asia but also in Latin America and Global Emerging Markets.
Alan Donoghue

Alan Donoghue is based in Singapore as CEO of Nyenburgh Asia, a high frequency algorithmic trading company that specializes in market making primarily on cash markets.

Being responsible for both trading & corporate strategies, he has engineered its growth from establishing the company in 2006, Nyenburgh now works with all regional exchanges, issuers and institutions to help provide & drive liquidity in their products.
Zoltan Feledy

Zoltan Feledy is an Equity Trader at State Street Global Advisors where he is responsible for best execution in Asia’s Emerging Markets. He is the co-chair of FPL’s Asia Pacific Regional Committee where he is actively involved in the management of the organization. Previously, he was a member of FPL's Algorithmic Trading Working Group where he helped with the development of FIXatdl (FIX Algorithmic Trading Definition Language) an XML based language used to define algorithmic trading parameters.
E. John Fildes is Director of Strategic Development for GETCO Asia, where he is responsible for relationships with exchanges, regulators and market participants across the region as well as driving the company’s high-frequency trading and market-making strategies in Asian markets.
Previously he was Managing Director and COO, Asia, of Instinet Pacific, responsible for all the operations of Instinet in Asia including Japan. Prior to joining Instinet in 2006 he was with Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong for 10 years where he held positions as the Head of Equity Marketing and Head of Electronic and Program Trading for Asia-Pacific. Before that he was the Head of MSCI for Asia Pacific and was actively involved in the launch of MSCI futures contracts for Taiwan and Singapore on SIMEX. He is the Co-Chair of the FIX Protocol Global Steering Committee and a Director of FIX Protocol Limited, and former Board Member of the Stockbrokers Association of Australia.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley Mr. Fildes held various positions in Europe with the Financial Times, Standard and Poor¹s and Reuters.
Mr. Fildes studied Law at the University of Liverpool.
Ofir Gefen is Director and Head of ITG’s Research & Analytics Group in Asia Pacific. In this role he oversees client consultation around strategic trading techniques and manages ITG’s world-leading analytics reports and products including ITG TCA and Logic. Mr. Gefen has worked at ITG for over 10 years and in this time has developed experience across the regions through roles in product development and execution services in Europe, the US and now Asia Pacific. Prior to joining ITG he worked at Intel for a number of years. He holds a BSc in Information Systems Engineering and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Chris Jenkins

Chris joined Tora in 2006 as Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region. Tora is a provider of Electronic trading platforms, proprietary Algorithmic strategies and Off market liquidity. Prior to joining Tora, Chris worked in Hong Kong at SWIFT, where he managed the Asian FIX sales team. Before SWIFT, Chris worked for Macgregor, a U.S. based order management system (OMS) provider. In total, Chris has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, seven of which have been in Asia. In addition, Chris is the Co-Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Committee for FIX Protocol Limited, and has been instrumental in expanding the use of electronic trading throughout Asia.
David Klinger

Mr. Klinger is responsible for Macquarie Securities’ suite of execution products and services including electronic execution, portfolio trading, execution trading, and financial engineering. He has more than 20 years experience in securities trading worldwide. He joined Macquarie from Liquidnet, where, as Managing Director, he founded their Asian business and built it into one of Asia’s leading alternative trading systems for institutional-only block trading.
Quentin Limouzi

Mr. Quentin Limouzi is currently Head of Advanced Execution for Asia and Japan at BNP Paribas Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. He is responsible for the electronic trading platform for cash equities in Asia and Japan.
Quentin joined BNP Paribas in 2007 where he was responsible for the development of electronic trading platform in Japan. After the successful launch there, he spent two years in expanding the platform and execution team in Hong Kong. He has been relocated to Singapore since July 2010 to complete the bank’s equity sales and trading capabilities through to South East Asia.
Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Quentin was with TradingScreen, an American company based in Japan. He was Head of Sales for Asia Pacific as well as a partner of the firm.
Quentin obtained a Master’s degree in Management from EMLYON Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Lyon. He was majoring in Quantitative Analysis.

Jacqueline Loh is Head of Trading - Asia at Schroders Investment Management where she is responsible for execution of all equity, fixed income, FX trades in Asia Pacific ex Australia. As one Jacqueline and her team are one of the earliest users of electronic trading in Asia, she has great interest in working with algorithm providers to refine their products. In addition, Jacqueline and her team are extensive users of post trade analysis to monitor their trading impact costs.

Mr. Edward Mangles is the founder and Publisher of FIXGlobal, the official publication of the FIX Protocol. He has a long history within the financial technology sector and has worked closely with FPL for a number of years. He has supported the organisation’s Asia Pacific committee for the past 8 years, playing a key role in promoting FIX adoption across the region. He has also worked for leading financial publishing and marketing firms in both London and Hong Kong. In March 09 Mr. Edward Mangles was appointed FPL Asia Pacific Regional Director.

Richard has responsibility for development of the ASX equity business, including listing, trading, clearing and settlement services across cash equities, listed funds, warrants and structured products, and equity and index futures and options.
Richard has held a range of positions across ASX listing, trading and derivatives businesses. Before coming to Australia in 1992 he worked for the Financial Times in London.
Todd Prado has been the Regional Head of Trading for Janus Capital since 2000. Prior to that he worked as a Japanese equity markets trader for Fidelity Investments in Tokyo, Japan as well as a currency options broker at Cantor Fitzgerald. Janus’ investments in Asia are primarily focused on the major equity markets of the region via cash and equity derivatives.

James Rae is a Credit Suisse Director and Head of AES Sales for Southeast Asia, located in Singapore. James has been with Credit Suisse for 5 years. Previous to joining Credit Suisse he spent 8 years with Instinet in Japan and the U.S.. James moved to Singapore in early 2008 to assist in the further development of the AES product in the Asian region.

Abhi Shroff is a Vice President at Greenwich Associates covering Asia including Japan. Abhi consults with the firm's investment management clients, including asset managers and institutional investors, to advise on investment trends, marketing, sales, client service, and product issues. Abhi also works with the firm’s banking clients to strengthen their fixed income dealing and foreign exchange business with investors and corporations in Asia.
Prior to joining the Greenwich Associates, Abhi worked with UBS Investment Bank in London in risk management. Abhi began his career as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting delivering client solutions in the retail banking and investment management sectors within the Australasia region. Abhi earned his MBA (graduating with Distinction) from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Business from Monash University (in Australia).
