• Confirmation: Registration is subject to approval. An email confirmation will be provided upon approval.
• Cancellations / Substitutions: You may make substitution at any time before the event. Please notify us as soon as possible.
• Onsite Registration: For security reason, we reserve the right to check the personal identity of the guests when deemed appropriate. Failure to do so may not be allowed to attend the event.
• Disclaimer: We reserve the right to alter the date and contents of this conference and/or the identity of the conference presenters due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Data Privacy: Personal data are gathered in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. The personal data collected may be used for statistical purposes and for marketing of our events/activities. Also, the delegate list will be made available to the event sponsors. The organizer will cease to use the personal data for any purposes if you request us to do so and accordingly the personal data will be erased and/or destroyed.
• Complimentary passes: Complimentary passes will be offered to FIX Trading Community Member Firms (with limited seats per firm), Regulators, Buy-side firms (Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Proprietary Trading, Private Banks, Insurance etc.) and invited Industry Professionals. Due to limited capacity, there will be a limit on the number of complimentary passes offered to each firm (registration and approval are required).
• Technical Data Collection: We automatically collect IP addresses for cybersecurity and fraud prevention, browser information for technical support, and registration timestamps for event management. Your Rights: You may request the deletion of your personal data by contacting info@fix-events.com.
