E. John Fildes is Director of Strategic Development for GETCO Asia, where he is responsible for relationships with exchanges, regulators and market participants across the region as well as driving the company's high-frequency trading and market-making strategies in Asian markets.
Previously he was Managing Director and COO, Asia, of Instinet Pacific, responsible for all the operations of Instinet in Asia including Japan. Prior to joining Instinet in 2006 he was with Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong for 10 years where he held positions as the Head of Equity Marketing and Head of Electronic and Program Trading for Asia-Pacific. Before that he was the Head of MSCI for Asia Pacific and was actively involved in the launch of MSCI futures contracts for Taiwan and Singapore on SIMEX. He is the Co-Chair FPL Asia Pacific Regional Committee, and former Board Member of the Stockbrokers Association of Australia.

Mr. Quentin Limouzi is currently Head of BNPP Electronic & Algorithmic Trading Services (BEATS) based in Hong Kong. He is responsible for the electronic trading platform for cash equities and listed derivatives Pan Asia.
Quentin joined BNP Paribas in 2007 where he was responsible for the development of the electronic trading platform in Japan. After the successful launch there, he spent two years in expanding the platform and execution team in Hong Kong. He has been running the BEATS business for the region since 2009.
Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Quentin was with TradingScreen, an American company based in Japan. He was Head of Sales for Asia Pacific as well as a partner of the firm.
Quentin obtained a Master's degree in Management from EMLYON Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Lyon. He was majoring in Quantitative Analysis.

Before Japan Advisory, Andrea was a Vice-President in Equity Operations at Morgan Stanley Japan Securities, where he built and was responsible for middle-office operations for all equity and equity derivative products, for regulatory and transaction reporting, and a variety of control functions. Andrea also worked in Morgan Stanley's San Francisco office as an associate in the Private Wealth Management division, where he assisted in the management of discretionary equity and fixed income portfolios for high net worth individuals and many leading private and public companies. Andrea started his financial career at Sutro & Co. (now part of RBC Wealth Management – previously RB Dain Rauscher) and has also completed internships with Goldman Sachs, Smith Barney, and Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. TK Yap, CFA, is Executive Director at OCBC Securities where he oversees the Institutional Business Group, which includes institutional execution and electronic execution at the firm, with a focus on the Asean markets. His experience in the investment and securities business since 1984 spanned local and foreign firms, buy and sell sides, distribution and origination. His stockbroking background involved stints as head of research and head of sales of a regional brokerage in the early 90s. He joined OCBC Securities in 1998 to start its broker dealer sales trading and electronic execution business, serving the cash, derivatives, portfolio trading, proprietary and market making desks of the global and regional broker dealers, electronic trading networks, and other market participants who needed an execution service with local sales trading color, such as the trading desks of private banks and buy sides.
TK served on the Board of Governors of the CFA Institute and is advisor to CFA Singapore. He also serves on the Securities Advisory Committee of the Singapore Exchange and other committees on the Institute of Banking and Finance, the Securities Investors Association of Singapore and has also served on Monetary Authority of Singapore committees and task forces.
