While in NY, Rob was a senior member of the Equity Liquid Markets Sales force, where he ran a team focusing on Cash & Program Trading, Futures, Options, ETFs, Swaps, Risk Arbitrage, Index Changes and Derivative Related Research. Rob joined Lehman Brothers in 1998 as US Agency Program Trading Product Manager. In this role he developed a comprehensive electronic trading platform which incorporated client connectivity, quantitative research, “smart” trading strategies, access to multiple sources of liquidity and efficient operations and settlement. He was also responsible for the sales and marketing effort for program trading. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Rob was Executive Vice President and Head of Sales and Trading at Investment Technology Group (“ITG”), an agency brokerage and technology firm.
