Joseph Chan, JP
Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury - The Government of Hong Kong SARMr. Chan was appointed the Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury on 16 August 2017.
Mr. Chan has many years of senior executive experience in the banking industry. He was a Managing Director in the Global Markets Division of Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank, and was a Managing Director in Financial Markets of Standard Chartered Bank.
Prior to joining the Government, Mr. Chan held multiple roles in a number of public and professional bodies, including Vice President of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts, Director of Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute, Advisor of the Chinese Gold & Silver Exchange Society, as well as a General Committee member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Chan was also a member of the Central & Western District Council.
Mr. Chan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Hon) and Psychology from the University of Michigan, USA. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Priscilla Adams
Group Director of Compliance – BullishPriscilla Adams is the Compliance Director of the Bullish Group and leads compliance activities across Bullish Group and Bullish Capital.
Priscilla brings over 16 years of experience as a risk and compliance professional in banking and management consulting across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Her previous compliance roles include Regional Head of Oversight, Strategy, and Reporting at HSBC, a secondment as the Head of Governance and Reporting for Asia Pacific, and leading AML investigations teams.
Originally from the United States, Priscilla earned a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
Priscilla is a recognized thought leader in Crypto Compliance at local, regional, and global levels. She is the Co-Chair of the Web3 and Blockchain Committee of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong (FTAHK), a member of the advisory board for the International Compliance Association (ICA)'s APAC Summit, and part of the World Economic Forum's Digital Asset Task Force.
Priscilla regularly participates in races to raise awareness and money for organizations like WaterAid, the Angkor Hospital for Children, WISE (Women in Sports Empowered), the KELY support group, and The Nature Conservancy.
Murat Atamer
Head of Asia Execution Services – Morgan StanleyMurat Atamer joined Morgan Stanley in 2019 and runs the Morgan Stanley Equity Execution Services for Asia. Prior to his role at Morgan Stanley, Murat was running Execution services at Bank of America for APAC during which he held numerous board memberships. He started his career as a Quant Strategist and as Head of Electronic Trading Product for Credit Suisse in APAC. Prior to his career in the industry, Murat was a PhD student in Finance, focusing on market microstructure and asset pricing at UNC Chapel Hill; he currently holds an MBA from University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business.
Michael Barbera
Chief Product Officer – Trading - IressMichael Barbera is the Chief Product Officer - Trading at Iress. Michael has a unique skill set and an impressive track record in the financial markets industry, with over a decade working for the London Stock Exchange before he joined Iress to lead the product vision for financial markets.
Jade Barot
Execution Consulting, APAC – LiquidnetJade specialises in data-driven solutions to accelerate and improve the trading decision-making process. At Liquidnet, she manages the in-trade analytical tools that help traders optimize strategies. With a background in business development across multiple liquidity seeking products on both the agency and the risk side, Jade shapes and integrates trading analytics to be actionable and fully embedded into traders’ workflows. In “Data and AI”, she will do a deep dive into the application of live intraday trading data in order management.
Damian Bierman

Damian Bierman is a Founding Partner of Blackwired Pte Ltd, responsible for business development and expanding relationships, across the region and globally. Blackwired is a next-generation cyber intelligence firm trusted by governments, law enforcement, global corporations, and systemic institutions.
Damian is active within the FIX Trading Community, serving as Co-Chair of the Asia-Pacific Education and Marketing Committee. He has been a mainstay of the community and an enthusiastic promoter of FIX since landing in Hong Kong almost 20 years ago.
Prior to Blackwired, Damian was APAC Head of Trading Solutions for FactSet, following its acquisition of Portware in 2015. Damian established the Portware EMS business in Asia-Pacific in 2007.
Prior, Damian ran FIX Services in APAC for NYFIX (a Broadridge business) and was an early employee at Wall Street startup Javelin Technologies, bringing its Appia FIX engine to market from early 2000.
Heidi Cai
Head of International Business - China Asset Management (Hong Kong) LimitedMs. Heidi Cai joined ChinaAMC (HK) in 2023 to oversee the international business. Heidi has over 17 years of experience in financial industry. Prior to ChinaAMC (HK), Heidi worked as Head of ETF, Indexing and Smart Beta for Amundi in North Asia, as well as various regional roles in BlackRock and State Street. Heidi started her career in finance with HSBC Global Markets in London and Hong Kong. Ms. Cai holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours from Peking University and is pursuing Executive Education with MIT Sloan School of Management.
Winter Chan

Winter is currently the Head of Portfolio Management Technology APAC and has been working in JP Morgan Asset Management since 2006 in a variety roles across the equities technology organization. In his current role he faces off to the head of Asia investment management, trading and other senior equities/GFICC/multi-asset class solutions stakeholders driving both regional and global technology initiatives within the investment management and trading space.
Winter participates in industry forums and events actively that contributes to various APAC related initiatives. He is also a Co-Chair of the FIX Technical Subcommittee in Asia.
Jennifer Chen
Co-head of ETF Capital Markets, APAC - iShares, BlackRock Asset ManagementtJennifer Chen is the co-head of iShares APAC ETF Capital Markets, responsible for safeguarding ETF trading, driving market quality and evolving the ETF ecosystem to promote clients' financial well-being.
Prior to joining Blackrock in September 2020, Jen spent the previous 10 years at Citigroup in a variety of sales, strategy and business development roles within the Global Markets business, responsible for delivering the full benefit of Citi’s leading equities and fixed income platform to APAC institutional clients.
The career journey started with investment banking in NYC covering Financial Sponsors and advising on leverage buyouts, recapitalizations, and mergers & acquisitions. Jen graduated from NYU Stern School of Business with a BS majoring in Finance and Accounting with a minor in History.
Teresa Chiu
Vice President, Securities Services Technology Support Lead - JPMorgan Chase & Co.Teresa Chiu joined J.P. Morgan Chase in 2021 as the support lead in the Securities Services Technology team to enhance the stability and reliability of securities services. Before her tenure at J.P. Morgan, she dedicated eight years in Bloomberg, starting as a Technical Account Manager in the Enterprise Data team, progressing through Enterprise Sales, and culminating as the APAC Head of Automation. In her final role, Teresa led the adoption of advanced automation tools and diverse datasets, improving processes across trading and non-trading sectors.
Teresa's career began at Sun Hung Kai Financial as a Quantitative Analyst, after which she served as a Technical Account Manager at ULLINK, managing institutional trading products. She holds a degree in Computer Science and Information System from The University of Hong Kong and a Postgraduate Certificate in Mathematical Finance from The University of York.
Carl Davey
Chief Representative and Head of Sales, Hong Kong - SGX GroupCarl Davey joined Singapore Exchange (SGX Group) in November 2022 as SGX Group’s Chief Representative and Head of Sales for its Hong Kong office. He is responsible for growing SGX Group’s presence in Hong Kong as well as fostering relationships with intermediaries, corporates and clients. He also leads a sales team to support SGX Group’s clients with products and services across asset classes.
Before joining SGX Group, Carl spent most of his career in the global prime brokerage industry, primarily serving a hedge fund clientele. He entered the financial services industry in 1996 in London and has worked in various global locations since, including eight years in New York followed by subsequent postings in the Asia Pacific region from 2007.
Carl was with BNP Paribas since February 2018 heading the prime brokerage sales, servicing and onboarding functions for its multi-asset product suite. Prior to BNP Paribas, he spent five years with Citigroup where he led regional hedge fund sales in Asia for Citigroup’s Investor Services business. Before Citigroup, Carl spent 16 years with Morgan Stanley in the U.S., UK and Asia, where his last role was leading their prime brokerage unit in Singapore.
During his prime brokerage career, Carl formulated and led sales strategies, managed sales and client service teams, and performed relationship management functions across multiple regions. Carl also led Morgan Stanley’s capital introductions effort for Australasia while based in Sydney.
Carl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies from The University of Waikato in New Zealand, with a double major in Accounting & Finance and Marketing & International Management.
Antoine de Saint Vaulry
Co-Chair, Asia Pacific ETF Working Group - FIX Trading Community, andRegional Head of ETF Sales and Business Development, APAC - Citi
Antoine de Saint Vaulry is leading the ETF initiative for CITI in APAC based in Hong Kong.
Antoine started his career in 2001 at Société Générale on the Equity Finance desk in Paris, and moved in 2004 to join the Securities Finance department of Commerzbank in London. In 2010, he relocated to Hong Kong to lead Commerzbank’s Delta 1 and Securities Financing Trading team.
From 2012 onwards, he has been in charge of setting up and developing Commerzbank’s award-winning Asian ETF Market Making platform.
He joined CITI in September 2018, to build and grow Citi’s ETF Market Making capabilities in APAC and globally, as APAC Head of ETF trading.
He recently expanded his remit to cover Sales and Business Development for the ETF initiative across CITI’s different businesses.
With a wealth of knowledge and expertise in equity products, Antoine is a frequent contributor to the ETF world, whether it is speaking at conferences, roundtables and workshops or being quoted in articles around Asia.
Antoine received an MSc in Management from ESSEC Business School in France in 2001.
Tom Digby
Head of ETF Business Development and Capital Markets, Asia Pacific - InvescoTom Digby leads the ETF Business Development and Capital Markets team in Asia Pacific. The ETF Business Development team helps Invesco clients across Asia Pacific generate better outcomes in their investment portfolios using Invesco’s ETF capabilities.
In addition, Tom leads the ETF Capital Markets team which provides in-depth trading, liquidity, product structure and market knowledge to educate investors and help market participants trade ETFs.
Tom relocated to Invesco’s Hong Kong office in 2019 from Invesco EMEA, where he was Head of ETF Client Trading, EMEA. Prior to joining Invesco, Tom worked at Source, a specialized European based ETF provider. As one of the original members of the Capital Markets team, he has a deep understanding of the UCITS ETF product structure and Invesco’s broad product suite.
Tom holds a Master’s degree in Investment Management from Cass Business School.
Maya Frommer
Managing Director - JefferiesMaya Frommer is a Managing Director and Head of Platform Sales for Jefferies, based in Hong Kong. Maya is responsible for marketing and developing growth areas of the Jefferies execution offering and analyzing market structure across APAC markets. Prior to Jefferies, Maya covered global firms as an Asia sales trader at Goldman Sachs in Tokyo and Hong Kong for over ten years. Maya holds a BA in Government and a Certificate in Health Care Policy from Harvard University.
Ofir Gefen
Head of International Sell-Side Sales - BroadridgeOfir Gefen is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in trading technology within capital markets. As the Head of International Sell-Side Sales at Broadridge, he leads teams across APAC and EMEA, driving business growth with his expertise and strategic vision. Ofir joined Itiviti in 2017 as the Head of APAC and was appointed as the Head of Sales & Revenue EMEA & APAC of Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions in 2021.
Prior to his time at Broadridge, Ofir held various management positions at ITG, eventually serving as the Co-Head of Execution, responsible for electronic and algorithmic trading. He brings a wealth of expertise in managing and growing businesses in diverse geographies, including Europe and the US.

Jonathan Gill

James Hammond

Joel Hurewitz
Managing Director, Head of Instinet Technology Solutions - InstinetJoel Hurewitz is Managing Director, Head of Instinet Technology Solutions (ITS), Asia Pacific. In this role, Joel drives forward the firm's strategy and delivery of Instinet’s legendary trading technology and software solutions to buy side and sell side clients, including the creation of highly customized infrastructures and bespoke hosted, as well as enterprise, platforms that address our clients’ trading lifecycle needs. Winnie Khattar

Winnie Khattar is APAC Head of Advocacy for BlackRock Global Markets (BGM). BlackRock Global Markets (BGM) is at the core of BlackRock's markets and investments platform, and includes index investing, global equites & fixed income trading, securities lending, liquidity and financing. As head of BGM advocacy, Winnie helps our teams deliver strategic market outcomes by advocating for policy and market structure reform, education and industry engagements; leveraging her capital markets experience and BlackRock's leading investment platform insights. Winnie is also the co-chair for BlackRock’s Women’s network in Hong Kong.
Prior to this, Winnie was Head of Market Structure for ETF & Index Investing (EII), at BlackRock responsible for providing thought-leadership and content on local ETF market structure and developing the ETF industry in the region. Prior to BlackRock, Winnie worked at BofA Securities as Head of Market Structure for Equity Trading business, and Deutsche Bank as Head of Analytics for Equity Trading in Hong Kong, London and Mumbai. Winnie is a passionate positive person, who enjoys outdoors, trail running, gardening and community initiatives both inside and outside work.
Chris Lee

As Head of Velocity, Chris is principally responsible for driving the liquidity growth of HKEX’s cash and derivatives products by establishing strategic partnerships with local and international industry partners, including but not limited to market makers, liquidity providers and Exchange Participants. He also leads a client-centric team in initiating and supporting trading and clearing infrastructure enhancements at HKEX.
Chris joined HKEX in 2014 from ABN AMRO Clearing NV, where he built and ran the Global Execution Services business as Global Head, providing infrastructure and trading services across equities, derivatives, commodities and FX. Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Chris held sales trading positions in Barclays Capital and NatWest Markets in London. He has also been Managing Director for a large independent electronic trading software vendor in the UK.
Chris was a founding trustee of Futures For Kids, a charitable London foundation that aims at helping underprivileged children around the world.
Andrew Li
Head of State Street Associates APAC - State Street Global MarketsAndrew Yimou Li is Head of State Street Associates APAC, the partnership between State Street Global Markets and renowned academics at Harvard, MIT, and Boston College, dedicated to delivering insights derived from differentiated datasets and bespoke portfolio construction, risk management and investment strategy research to help institutional investors enhance investment performance and manage risk.
Andrew’s research focuses on leveraging quantitative models and machine learning to tackle investment challenges. Andrew works closely with institutional clients to deliver his research through practical applications, advisory projects, and thought leadership publications. Andrew has presented quantitative research globally at conferences, published articles in the Journal of Financial Data Science, and led the development of State Street Associates’ machine learning applications and tools.
Andrew received his Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University and Master of Finance from MIT. Andrew is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Kitty Li
Managing Director, Head of APAC Agency Electronic Trading - UBSKitty Li is the Head of APAC Agency Electronic Trading at UBS. With over 19 years of experience in global equities markets, Kitty has worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and New York. In recent years, she has been actively involved in initiatives such as China Stock Connect and QFII, collaborating with regulators and exchanges to promote ongoing capital market opening and reforms.
With experience in both buy-side and sell-side roles across different regions, Kitty previously held the position of Deputy Head of Trading at SAFE Investment Company in Hong Kong, where she managed global equities trading. She later returned to UBS in Shanghai, overseeing the China trading operations.
Kitty started her career in New York at Deutsche Bank and holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Engineering from Columbia University. Additionally, she holds a Dual Degree in B.S. Computational Finance and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
Natalie Lo
Co-Chair, Asia Pacific Steering Committee - FIX Trading Community, andSenior Equity and Derivatives Trader - State Street Global Advisors, Hong Kong
Natalie joined State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) in 2018, and is responsible for the execution of their Japanese and Korean books of Equity business, as well as regional listed Futures and Options. She leads the desk’s Algo Wheel development and analysis. Prior to joining SSGA, she was a trader at Robeco in Hong Kong from 2013 to 2018, covering all APAC markets. Natalie started her career in the industry as a management trainee and later worked as an Equity Salestrader at CLSA Limited. Natalie holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Leicester, as well as a Bachelor degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Edward Mangles
Regional Director, Asia Pacific - FIX Trading CommunityEdward Mangles has helped support The FIX Trading Community’s Asia Pacific committee for over 20 years, playing a key role in promoting institutional trading standards and FIX adoption across the region, and facilitating cross-industry collaboration. In March 2009, Edward was appointed Asia Pacific Regional Director for the FIX Trading Community, and works closely with the buyside, sellside, regulator, exchange and technology provider members of the institutional trading community to support efficient trading.
Emma Pecenicic
Head of Digital Propositions and Partnerships, Asia Pacific ex-Japan - Fidelity InternationalEmma joined Fidelity International in 2021, as Head of Digital Propositions and Partnerships, Asia Pacific ex Japan. Based in Hong Kong, Emma leads the build out of Fidelity’s digital product solutions and digital wealth strategy, enabling an improved client experience in Asia. Since 2023, she leads the distribution efforts for digital assets globally, supporting the commercialisation of Fidelity International’s Bitcoin spot strategy as well as fund tokenization.
Passionate about new technologies, Emma joined the digital transformation team in 2017 at BNP Paribas Asset Management Hong Kong, where she led the digital transformation of BNPP AM globally and in APAC. She designed the global digital strategy and led the implementation of the Augmented Investments Programme, aiming to increase the usage of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and other technologies in the asset manager’s operating model and investment processes. Emma has also led multiple projects on digital assets and tokenisation since 2018. Prior to pursuing a career in technology and fintech, Emma started her career at BNP Paribas Asset Management in Paris as an Investment Specialist in the European Equities Team. She then moved to Hong Kong in 2012, specialising in China RMB capabilities and Indonesian equities for international investors.
Emma has been keenly involved in the FinTech Association of Hong-Kong since 2017 and she has been co-chair of the Blockchain committee since 2020. More recently, Emma has joined the W3W community has a founding member, supporting women in Web3, the non-profit organisation aims to build, educate and invest in the future of women who are in the crypto/web3 industry. Emma holds an MSc in Financial Management and a Diplome des Grandes Ecoles with a major in Financial Analysis from EDHEC Business School in France.
Emma Quinn
President - Cboe AustraliaEmma Quinn is President, Cboe Australia at Cboe Global Markets, Inc. (Cboe). A proven leader with significant experience in global capital markets, she is responsible for defining and executing the company’s strategy and increasing adoption of its products and services.
In 2023, Quinn joined Cboe from AllianceBernstein, where she was Global Co-Head of Equity Trading. Previously, she served as head of Asia-Pacific Trading, head of Asia-Pacific Fixed Income and Australia Equities Trading, and head of Trading for Australia and New Zealand for the firm. Prior to joining AllianceBernstein in 2001, she worked as an equity trader at AMP Henderson Global Investors.
Quinn also provides strategic leadership and participation on a number of boards and committees to help drive innovation and influence industry development. She is currently a Director and Chairperson of FIX Protocol Limited. She was previously an advisory board member of Quorum 15; a member of the Markets Advisory Panel for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission; a member of Asia Trader Forum; and a member of various Asia Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association committees.
Quinn holds a Bachelor of Business in finance and business law from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Kevin Rideout
Managing Director, Co-Head of Sales & Marketing Markets - Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing LimitedAs Managing Director and Co-Head of Sales & Marketing for Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, Kevin is principally responsible for global relationship management, marketing and market development.
Kevin joined HKEX in April 2015 from Citigroup, where he served as Head of Wholesale Execution Services, Asia and was Chief Spokesman on the implementation of Stock Connect in Hong Kong. Prior to this, he was based in London for Citigroup as the Global Head of Market Infrastructures and HFT Clearing Group.
Prior to joining Citigroup, Kevin spent 10 years at Thomson Reuters. He held various positions in Thomson Reuters, including Regional Manager Hong Kong, Regional Director Japan and Korea, Managing Director Asia in Singapore and Managing Director - Global Head of Relationship Management and Sales in London for Omgeo (DTCC) division.
Kevin holds a Bsc (Hons) Environmental Chemistry from the University of Hertfordshire.
Brian Roberts
Managing Director, Head of Equities Product Development - Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing LimitedBrian is Managing Director, Head of Equities Product Development. In this capacity, Brian oversees the development and management of HKEX’s equities products, focusing on market development, client engagement and investor education.
Brian joined in 2015 bringing over 10 years of ETF development and leadership experience to HKEX. Prior to HKEX, Brian was at Vanguard, where he was most recently Head of ETF Product Development Asia, focusing on developing their global ETF business.
Brian holds an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Kent Rossiter
Head of Regional Asia Pacific Trading - Allianz Global InvestorsKent joined Allianz Global Investors 25 years ago as Head of Regional Asia Pacific Trading and is based in Hong Kong, one of Allianz Global Investors three main multi-asset global trading desks. AllianzGI has assets under management of EUR 533b (as of 4Q2023).
From 1996 until 1999, Kent was a Deputy General Manager of Asian Equity Sales at Nikko Securities. Prior to that, he was the Head of Japan Desk, Asian Equities at Sun Hung Kai Investment Services both in Hong Kong and Tokyo and has over 30 years investment experience.
Currently, or in the past Kent has been active as a Speaker, Panelist, Member, or on the Advisory Boards of various groups including FTSE Asia Pacific Regional Committee, Institutional Investors’ International Trader Forum (ITF) & Asia TraderForum (ATF) events, & WBR’s TradeTech Asia, and the FIX Protocol Organization (FPL) as well as having served on OMGEO Asia’s Advisory Board. Kent has a BA in Business & Economics/Int’l Business from Western Washington University, U.S.A., and an MBA from the University of Hull, U.K.
Rebecca Sin

Ms. Sin has a wealth of experience. She was previously the Head of Equities, Asia Pacific at Tradeweb and Head of Commerzbank ETF Sales and Trading for Asia Pacific. She was responsible for ETFs, equity futures/options and convertible bonds. She enjoys educating clients with respect to the entire Equities spectrum ranging from executions to driving the growth of the business.
Ms. Sin’s career has been spent in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong, and she has experience working as a portfolio manager, market maker and synthetic equity trader. She has worked for numerous banks including Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital and Commerzbank.
Ms. Sin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University majoring in Mechanical Engineering and minoring in Mathematics. She recently won Best in Fintech Award by Women in Finance Asia and Women in ETF Award. She is the co-chair of Asia’ Women in Exchange Traded Funds (WE), co-chair of Women in Finance Asia’ Mentor Mentee Program (WiFA), on the board of directors for Young Investor Society (YIS) and Women in Finance and Investment Networks. She is passionate about gender diversity and equality. In her spare time, she enjoys playing football and cooking as she is a certified cuisine and pastry chef from Alain Ducasse's Culinary School in Paris.
Thomas Taw
Head of Investment Strategy - BlackRock APACThomas Taw Head of the APAC Investment Strategy team for BlackRock. Tom is responsible for delivering investment trade ideas and market insights across index and alpha strategies within the Global Product Solutions group. The research his team produces, anchored in product implementation ideas, spans tactical to strategic investment horizons, structural drivers such as the net-zero transition, as well as breadth of views across precision exposures. His team also drives content strategy for GPS APAC. Tom works with clients across segments, including Wealth, Asset Management, Family Offices and Institutional. He is an investment voice for the firm externally, commenting on market views and industry trends on broadcast and print media including Bloomberg, FT, Reuters, Channel News Asia, Ausbiz TV, MoneyFM and others. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2014, Mr. Taw worked in roles at Macquarie and Nomura in equity sales, trading and execution, covering clients across the hedge fund, asset management, and institutional client landscapes; responsible for trading pan-Asian equities. Mr. Taw holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Business from the University of Warwick.
Gary Tiu
Executive Director and Head of Regulatory Affairs - OSLGary has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate legal counsel, specialising in regulatory affairs and financial products. Prior to joining OSL Group, Gary served as General Counsel for Yunfeng Financial Group and Asia Head of Legal and Compliance for Cantor Fitzgerald and BGC Partners. Earlier in his career, Gary specialised in structured derivatives, private equity and managed investment products at Macquarie Group and CITIC Capital. Gary also currently serves as General Counsel for Reorient Group. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales.
Vince Turcotte

Vince Turcotte is the Business Development Lead for Capital Markets for the Asia Pacific region at Chainlink Labs. He also is global co-Chair of the FIX Digital Assets & Technology committee. Vince has more than two decades of experience at exchanges, broker-dealers and futures commission merchants (FCMs). Operating out of Hong Kong, he is building on the firm’s regional presence, expanding the client base in Hong Kong, Singapore, and South East Asia. Prior to joining Chainlink, Vince worked with trade surveillance firm Eventus, served Director, Asia Pacific, for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), and as Managing Director, Asia Pacific & Japan for Exchange Traded Derivatives for Nomura International.
From 1995 to 2011, Turcotte held senior production and sales management positions at Newedge Group as well as global banks UBS and JPMorgan Chase in London, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. He previously held Vice President and Director roles at several brokerage firms after starting his career as a booth clerk and runner on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange trading floor.
Turcotte earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo and an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago, graduating Cum Laude.

Clare Witts

Clare Witts is APAC Co-Chair of the FIX Trading Community, having actively supported the organization for many years across different working groups and sub-committees. She is Head of APAC Market Structure at J.P. Morgan, working with clients and across the bank’s equity trading desks. Her role includes assessing the impact of regulatory and policy trends and analysing how that affects the microstructure of the equity markets and improving trading outcomes. Clare has worked in Asia for over 15 years in a variety of roles that help combine big picture trends with actionable trading insights. As well as over 10 years working in electronic trading at investment banks and agency brokers, she has worked in cross-industry functions as the Asia Chair for Quorum 15, the think tank for buy and sellside heads of trading; and as Director of Government and Regulator Relations at CFA Institute representing key topics for the investment management industry to regional policymakers.
